Kitchen by Karr Bick Kitchen & Bath

This unassuming Kirkwood home started as a rehab project about seven years ago by Todd, the current homeowner and owner of Karr Bick. The extensive renovation and addition dynamically changed this little house into a much larger and more commanding space. The new open floor plan includes a kitchen and master suite. The intricate design details make for easy and dramatic entertaining.

The kitchen cabinetry by Schrock is a more affordable line masquerading as high end by way of simple additions such as glass, height changes and embellishments. The tops are granite tile instead of slabs - also helping with the budget. The use of lighting above and below the cabinetry accented with decorative fixtures makes for a very dramatic effect. All these elements combined help this 1,700-square-foot home truly shine.
